PRAB acquires Dallas-Based Triple/S Dynamics

PRAB, Inc., a manufacturer of custom-engineered material handling and chip and fluid management systems, announces the acquisition of Triple/S Dynamics, Inc., Dallas, TX. According to PRAB officials, Triple/S employees, production, and operations will remain in Texas.

PRAB’s global headquarters is based in Kalamazoo, MI and is also parent company to Hapman, whose equipment is used by world-wide corporations in the handling of powders and bulk solids. Triple/S is recognized as a leading manufacturer of horizontal motion conveying systems, screening and separation equipment, and distribution systems for the entire processing industry, including bulk handling, waste and recycling applications. Their horizontal motion conveyors are notable for efficiently moving scrap over extended lengths with no carry-over.
