KBC announces biggest toolbox winners

In late 2014, to celebrate the launch of its new www.kbctools.com website, KBC Tools and Machinery began a North America-wide contest to determine once and for all who had the biggest toolbox.

Fast forward to May, 2015, and the triumphant winners have been announced. That's right, the three KBC clients with the largest, best equipped toolboxes (with second and third place decided by the toolbox's organization and creativity, respectively) have been determined and they will now bask in the glory of their KBC Kash winnings and pride of place. They are:In Third Place, winning the $250 Kash prize for Most Unique and/or Creative Toolbox: Clint GriffithClint Griffith is the owner of Camp Rock Fabrication and Mechanical, LLC in Lucerne, California. He worked for 12 years as a mechanical maintenance technician in the mining industry and now specializes in off-road and industrial metal fabrication, as well as mechanical services such as rebuilding machinery. When Clint made the decision to venture out on his own he realized he had a major tool storing problem. So using stuff he had laying around and after a little time on the CNC plasma table he put his tool box on wheels, creating a truck box with latches so that the drawers don't open when it's moved around. He also mounted a vice in a 2" receiver hitch which is interchangeable with other tools in his shop.In Second Place, winning the $500 Kash prize for Best Organized/Neatest Toolbox: Aubrey WoodTulsa, Oklahoma's AuBrey Wood, an Aeronautical Machinist who rebuilds older Rolls Royce Jet Engines is the lucky winner of our second place prize of $500 for having the most organized toolbox.
