CTMA Introduces Video Promoting Its Earn While You Learn Program

The Canadian Tooling & Machining Association (CTMA) has introduced a new video highlighting manufacturing as a viable career for young people and promoting its Earn While You Learn (EWYL) program.
The 42-week program teaches manual machining, CNC machining, and CNC programming at the Valiant Training & Development Centre in Windsor, Ont., while paying participants.
More than 120 young people have graduated from the program and started careers in the machine, tool, and mould industries in the Windsor-Essex area.
