GibbsCAM becomes member of Okuma’s Partners in THINC group

Gibbs and Associates the latest to join the collaborative network of over 40 companies.
Gibbs and Associates, developer of GibbsCAM software for programming CNC machine tools, have joined Okuma America’s Partners in THINC.
The group is a collaborative network of over 40 companies that service the metal-cutting and manufacturing industry.
“We are pleased to be recognized for our expertise in providing a highly efficient, productive, and easy-to-use CAM system to industry, and for the service and support we provide our customers,” Bill Gibbs, founder and president of Gibbs and Associates stated.

Mr. Gibbs was recently the speaker at the Okuma “Go Beyond Productivity to Profitability” open house, in Houston, Texas, on November 15, where machine-tool distributor Hartwig used GibbsCAM to program Okuma machine tools in a demonstration.
Gibbs has provided modular solutions for Okuma’s 3-axis mills, 2-axis lathes, multi-axis and multi-tasking machines for over 30 years.
