Indalco Alloys, a Lincoln Electric Company, introduces its mini-drum, a 60 lb packaging system designed to increase production using optimal bulk-size packaging. The payoff kit was designed specifically for Indalco’s SuperGlaze® aluminum MIG wire.
The goal of the mini-drum is to increase production without using expensive external payoff devices. It allows for three times less changeover time compared to a spool, and according to the company offers an optimal amount of wire for mid-size users.
