AIDA-America announces engineering department promotions

AIDA-America, a metal stamping press manufacturer in Dayton, Ohio, has promoted Ben Shepherd to manager of mechanical engineering and Wade Pearson to assistant manager of mechanical engineering.

Shepherd has been with the company for nearly 11 years, having served as mechanical engineer, senior mechanical engineer, mechanical engineering group leader, and assistant manager of mechanical engineering.

Pearson joined the company more than nine years ago. He has worked as mechanical engineer, senior mechanical engineer, and group leader of mechanical engineering.
