- Building the manufacturing workforce of the future.
Campos directs all aspects of 3+ Corporation’s activities. She provides leadership and strategic direction and collaborates with key stakeholders in the region. 3+ Corporation leads the region’s delivery of future-focused programs which energetically advance sustainable economic growth for the tri-communities through:

- Entrepreneurship,
- Marketing and communications, and

Midday, lunch will be available for attendees during a panel discussion with two business leaders affecting change in the Moncton area. Brad Howland, president and owner of Easy-Kleen, will be one of the panellists. Sussex Corners-based Easy-Kleen make high-pressure cleaning equipment and serve customers across Canada and globally.
The second panelist will be Erez Yaary, senior plant engineer at Ideal Roofing Company Ltd. Ottawa-based Ideal Roofing is expanding into the Moncton area with an 80,000-square-foot operating plant in the city's Caledonia Industrial Park.
Howland and Yaary will discuss their keys to success in the region and offer their perspective on what’s next for industry and how best to meet those challenges.
