Ontario-based E.I. Williams to build manufacturing facility in Louisiana

E.I. Williams, Ajax, Ont., has announced plans to establish its first U.S. manufacturing site in Webster Parish, La. The company will invest $700,000 in an existing 50,000-sq.-ft. plant, creating 100 direct jobs over the next five years.
The facility will manufacture vent silencers, fan silencers, industrial silencers, and noise enclosures, with equipment scheduled for installation in Q1 2020.
