Cenit’s FastSuite E2 release 2023.2 3D simulation software for robot welding applications features numerous new functions and enhancements.
AI-based offline programming with automated path optimization generates robot paths automatically and analyzes them to identify collisions, axis limits, and singularities. The algorithm then automatically generates error-free programs.
The automatic seam identification and tracing function enables automated generation and optimization of robot welding paths. The robot programs can self-adjust to account for geometry deviations within the components and tacking arrangements.
The Weld Cockpit function enables efficient planning of welding processes and helps ensure reliable results. The user can insert welding symbols to define the intended welding path or transfer a welding path directly from a 3D master model.
