DieBotics offers the patented polar/pivotally actuated robot for use in walking beam transfers, process load/unload robots, and 3-axis transfer systems. It is designed with a large work envelope but without additional mass or components.
The system performs automatic transfer of separate parts such as sheet metal blanks, tubes, and roll-formed sections. It also offers seamless transfer between press and secondary operations such as stacking, welding, continued stamping, and part insertion.
The robot system reduces material usage by allowing nested blanks and eliminating the stretch carrier. Improved cutoff eliminates sharp-edge hazards, and hand transfers are minimized to improve operator safety.
A transfer is integrated into the die itself to improve speed and safety. The system can transfer the part into real-time inspection.
