Featured at FABTECH 2014: Die Grinder

Dynabrade’s 0.4-HP die grinders are suitable for precision grinding, deburring, and blending on a variety of materials. These compact, lightweight air tools are made in the U.S. and available from 950 to 30,000 RPM.

The die grinders feature a composite overmold housing, which reduces tool vibration and cold air transmission to the operator. Additionally, each tool includes a muffler to help reduce sound levels in the workplace.

The die grinders are available in straight-line, right-angle, or 7-degree offset handle designs, as well as geared or gearless models. Geared die grinders have higher torque levels, while gearless tools offer reduced maintenance and downtime. Frontand rear-exhaust models also are offered.

The tools power optional carbide burrs and mounted points for deburring, grinding, etching, and cleaning. Various sizes of collets and collet inserts are available. Parts and repair kits also are available for tool crib inventory to keep tools in top shape and reduce downtime.
