Laser Photonics offers the MegaCenter™ 3-D large-size fiber laser marking and engraving machine. It can be equipped with a bar code scanner for job ID and factory integration, a vision system, autofocus for a 2-D scan head, air and gas blowers for particle evacuation, dust collectors, and fume extractors.
It offers 36- by 36-in. marking in a 42- by 42-in. footprint. Features include inverted direct-drive linear motion; field-of-view expansion up to 40 in. without sacrificing effective pixel resolution; and material handling options that include a slat table, tooling plate table, and shuttle table. For 3-D marking and engraving, a compact 3-D scan head is optional.
