Prima Power’s hP hydraulic press brakes compensate for frame deflection

Prima Power offers the hP line of hydraulic press brakes. They feature an adaptive crowning and reflex system that makes it possible to compensate for frame deflection during the bending process. Sensors and control systems help ensure angle repeatability, regardless of the material and thickness.
The DSP laser safety system protects the operator from being crushed between the upper and lower tool.
The hydraulic press brakes can be connected in tandem or integrated into automated lines or robotic cells. They also can be configured according to the customer’s production requirements.
Options include front supports, a bending follower for large or very heavy sheet metal; a wireless digital gauge for automatic correction of bending parameters; a flattening table; and Laser Check, which measures the bend angle and corrects it automatically using a laser beam and a video camera.
