TRUMPF offers TruMatic 1000 fiber combination system
TRUMPF has developed the TruMatic 1000 fiber combination punch/laser machine, a compact system that offers a working range of 5 by 10 ft.
The combination is achieved by adding a 3-kW TruDisk solid-state laser and retrofitting the TruPunch 1000 with a laser cutting system, a laser evacuation unit, and a beam guard system.
This machine is designed with two sorting options. Processed parts up to 7 by 7 in. are sent down a chute to be sorted into a series of four boxes positioned below the machine for easy removal. Alternatively, an additional extra-large, flexible parts flap can sort parts up to 16 by 48 in.
