Linde Canada has introduced a newly designed line of cut-off grinding wheels that cut through carbon and stainless steels faster and easier.
The new Linde branded cut-off wheels are premium aluminum oxide abrasives that provide burr free cutting with no sulphur, iron or chlorine in the bond which means no contamination of the work piece. They work particularly well on stainless steel, all types of metals and various alloy steels.
The new cut-off wheel line, designed for right angle grinders, includes six wheels that vary by size and cutting type.
The wheels can cut through carbon and stainless steels up to 20 per cent faster than other cut-off wheels on the market, while providing up to 60 per cent better wheel life in carbon steel applications and 40 per cent better life with stainless steel applications.
The new product offering, available in all 70 Linde branches across Canada, complements Linde's line of abrasive products including grinding wheels, wire brushes and flap discs.
