Cycle Start, Episode 2: Presented by Hurco Canada

The second installment of the Cycle Start series shows a demonstration of 4-axis machining at Signature Tool in Windsor, Ontario.

Here's the second installation of the Cycle Start series being put together by Joe Poulin of Hurco Canada.

The Cycle Start series is an ongoing look into the world of machining and was first presented by Poulin at this year's edition of the Canadian Manufacturing and Technology Show (CMTS).

The second video, embedded below, takes a look at special tooling for the plastic mold industry. It takes place at Signature Tool Inc. in Windsor, Ontario, and includes a demonstration of 4-axis machining, from the machinist. The video runs through the beginning of the machining process, including a look at the CAD drawings, through to the quality control at the end.
