CGTech will demonstrate the latest version of Vericut, V7.4, a CNC machine simulation, verification, and optimization software. This software simulates the CNC machining process for large, small, simple, and complex parts and all types of CNC machining, including drilling and trimming of composite parts, waterjet, robotics, and mill/turn. It operates in a stand-alone manner, but also can be integrated with all leading CAM systems.
The latest version includes enhancements that further simplify the process of simulating a CNC machine, the company reports. One upgrade is Review Mode. With Vericut Reviewer, shop floor personnel, suppliers, customers, and production engineers can view animations of the CNC machining process. It is a stand-alone 3-D viewer that does not use a license that can play forward and backward while removing and replacing material.
