Canadian, provincial governments support small businesses amid Coronavirus pandemic

The Government of Canada has announced an unprecedented support package to support individuals and business over the next few months to offset some of the challenges due to the Coronavirus. This federal support package will be offered in conjunction with provincial support.
Earlier this week Prime Minister Justin Trudeau released the Government of Canada’s COVID-19 Economic Response Plan, a set of economic measures that will provide $27 billion in direct support to Canadian households and businesses.
These efforts are a way to deal with the serious economic repercussions of this pandemic.
