Moldmaking survey: CAMM seeks industry feedback

The Canadian Association of Moldmakers (CAMM), Windsor, Ont., has developed a survey to learn more about the current state of its industry.

With the current labour shortage, manufacturing companies need to be aware of what areas they can improve on and what other businesses in their industry are doing to show appreciation to their employees. It is vital that with the current economic headwinds of inflation and wage pressure, that employers in the mold making industry understands what is happening in the labour market.

According to CAMM, as an association it is crucial that it stays informed on what is important to its members.

Knowledge that is gained from its members allows the association to ensure that the programming and events they offer coincide with what their members need and will benefit most from. Being able to gather and disseminate unbiased data to its members contributes to its value as an association.

Established in 1982, CAMM is Canada’s leading national association representing moldmakers, service providers, and suppliers to the global moldmaking industry.
