DiPaolo Machine Tools' Halter LoadAssistant robotic system loads workpieces into CNC machine

DiPaolo Machine Tools will display at CMTS the Halter LoadAssistant, a robotic system for loading workpieces into CNC machines. It is a universal system for both CNC lathes and machining centres with a rotating loading system.

Key features of the system include a control that requires no robotic experience; the ability to move the system from one machine to another; and the fact that it requires minimal floor space, including the safety zone, because of the rotating loading system.

It comes in maximum load capacities of 10 kg, 20 kg, and 35 kg.
