Big Kaiser Noventa milling cutter suitable for deburring, front- and back-chamfering
Big Kaiser Precision Tooling has introduced the Noventa from Sphinx milling cutter for 90-degree front- and back-chamfering and deburring holes up to 4xD.
The tool has four flutes and four coolant channels to optimize performance and cycle time. Long tool life is achieved in most common and exotic materials thanks to the tool’s double-layer coating. This milling tool also creates good surface finish because of its reinforced shank diameter and edge-breaking capabilities, the company states.
