Countersinks redesigned with wider tooth design

Walter Surface Technologies has launched the redesigned line of VP™ countersinks, designed to provide cool, precise drilling on stainless steel and other nonferrous metals.
The countersinks have a wider tooth design for improved alignment and positioning and feature a mixture of chromium and aluminum coating, which provides high heat resistance and helps lengthen life. It also helps prevent continuous vibrations and overload on the tool.
The countersink bits come with a straight shank for use with hand drills, CNC machines, milling equipment, and other automated machines. Three new, larger sizes have been added to the line, which all feature a Weldon shank for magnetic drilling units. New countersinking kits are available that include five countersinks of various sizes in a portable case.
