Ingersoll’s NanoFeed indexable inserts designed for hi-feed milling of small parts

Ingersoll’s NanoFeed technology provides hi-feed milling performance for machining of miniature components and smaller part features.

The 20-degree hi-feed indexable insert is designed to replace smaller diameter solid carbide end mills in many applications.

Inserts have been designed with pressed-in coolant channels, directing coolant or air directly to the cutting edge. Inserts also have backdraft side clearance for straight-wall milling capability.

Available in diameters of 6 mm and 8 mm with steel or carbide shank options.
