The Canadian Manufacturing Technology Show (CMTS) is Canada’s largest manufacturing event, presenting manufacturing equipment and technology to about 10,000 manufacturing professionals from across the country and around the world.
Canadian Manufacturing Technology Show (CMTS) 2015
Sept. 28 - Oct. 1, 2015
The International Centre
6900 Airport Road
Mississauga, Ont.
With a theme of “Manufacture the Future,” CMTS features the latest advancements in machine tools, tooling, metal forming and fabricating, automation, 3-D printing/ additive manufacturing, design engineering, and plant management.
With a growing number of manufacturers increasing local production or returning to Canada to take advantage of homegrown manufacturing efficiencies, the Made in Canada trend is on the rise.
Because 3-D printing continues to gain swift momentum, this year’s show will include the RAPID Canada Conference, which will be featured at the show Sept. 29 - 30. First introduced to Canada last year, the RAPID Conference and Exhibition is a forum for the exchange of information related to the latest developments in additive manufacturing, 3-D printing, and 3-D scanning.
“RAPID has been serving the global marketplace from its base in the U.S. for more than two decades. With the launch of the RAPID Pavilion at CMTS, we’re continuing to give it a uniquely Canadian flavor,” said CMTS Event Manager Julie Pike.
