Ultimation, an MCE company, has introduced a line of heavy-duty chain-driven live roller (CDLR) conveyors. Nearly a dozen configurations are accessible through the company’s online store for quick ship.
The conveyors handle items that wouldn’t typically be conveyed on a roller conveyor, such as pallets, racks, and industrial containers. The sprocketed rollers and roll-to-roll chain system provide power to drive the product forward. The conveyors include standardized straight sections. The powder-coated structural steel channel frames come in a 44-in. effective width and 5-ft. overall length with a 6,000-lb. maximum drive capacity and 980-lb. maximum capacity per foot.
