Degreaser Cleans In Hot Parts Washers at Lower Temps
Bio-Circle, a division of Walter Surface Technologies, has released ALUSTAR 100™, a cleaner and degreaser for aluminum in automated and ultrasonic parts washers.
This cleaner is part of a larger line of products with built-in foam and corrosion inhibitor packages. The cleaner leaves a low-residue finish, allowing it to meet some of the strictest cleaning requirements in the industry, the company states.
It also is made with low energy surfactant (LES), which can clean and degrease effectively in hot parts washers at lower temperatures, generating energy savings.
The cleaner is suitable for sensitive materials and can be used for mechanical parts washing and degreasing of aluminum and other nonferrous alloys. In addition, it is VOC-free, nonflammable, and phosphate-free.
