SCHUNK's Tribos-SVL Toolholder extension designed for difficult-to-access areas
SCHUNK has released the Tribos-SVL toolholder extension that enables smooth machining of workpiece areas that are difficult to access. The extension permits a runout accuracy of less than 0.003 mm.
It can be combined with a variety of toolholders, including hydraulic expansion, heat-shrink, collet, and the company’s Tribos toolholders.
The extension is available in metric diameters from 0.3 to 20 mm and in inches from 1/8 to 3/4 in.
