Solukon SFM-AT1000 removes powder from oversized components automatically

- Metalworking
The SFM-AT1000 cleaning system from Solukon removes powder residues from complex metal components through automated swiveling and adjustable vibration. It processes components up to 460 by 460 by 1,000 mm³ and 500 by 280 by 875 mm³.
The depowdering process involves programmable pivoting of the components, including the building platform, around two spatial axes. The powder is "fluidized" with adjustable frequency excitation, enabling the cleaning of very small openings and channels.
The released powder remains unchanged and can be discharged for reuse. The process is fully automated and takes place in a protected atmosphere, thus preventing contact with health-endangering fine dust.
