Holton Crest Ltd. offers three models of continuous rotary extrusion machines for processing aluminum and copper.
The HC1100 is designed for small section products and small-volume production. It is suitable for small tubes, magnet wire, and small copper profiles. The HC2200 offers midrange processing for high-pressure and high-precision copper or aluminum profiles and tubes.
The HC4000 is the flagship machine that offers extreme load-carrying capacity and delivers high output of high-precision products, the company reports. It is suitable for cut-to-length add-on.
Recent configurations include one wire in/one product out, one in/two out, two in/one out, and two in/two out. The manufacturer has designed, built, and put into production a new generation of machines with new software and adaptive control. It also is working on the development of artificial intelligence, which will automatically try alternative settings when running the process to learn the optimum settings for a particular material.
