Laser Photonics offers the CleanTech™ hand-held surface preparation and cleaning laser. The Class 1, industrial-grade system performs parts cleaning and depainting, rust removal, and surface conditioning with a working envelope up to 2 by 2 in. The unit can be upgraded to a working envelope of 4 by 4 in.
The portable, manually operated, stand-alone unit processes a variety of materials, including highly reflective metals. It offers continuous operation under high-shock, -vibration, and -dust conditions and features a 110-V/220-V AC power source.
The cleaning head has a dual activation switch and mechanical interlock for safety compliance. A mini exhaust ventilator is standard, and a dust collector is optional.
