AGTOS service app delivers maintenance, repair help to blasting system users
- April 18, 2022

AGTOS has developed a service app for its blasting systems. It can be downloaded free of charge from the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store and works with smartphones, tablets, and augmented-reality glasses.
The user generates a session ID number with a few clicks. This is transmitted to the AGTOS employee by telephone, allowing that employee to see the situation on-site and support all activities on the machine in real time. During the session, photos, drawings, and videos can be exchanged in real time as well.
Simultaneous translation into many languages is possible on request.
