The RHBD-K continuous-feed spinner hanger shot blast machine from Rösler Oberflächentechnik GmbH is designed for the automatic processing of large, heavy, complex steel weldments used in the production of rail cars and agricultural and construction equipment.
The machine cleans, descales, and derusts components such as frame sections, base frames, wheel suspensions, and cross beams to prepare them for painting. It can deliver surface finishes of SA 2.5 with surface roughness readings from 6 to 12 microns. The modular equipment allows customization of size and technical features to fit the finishing job, whether it’s as a stand-alone unit or integrated into a manufacturing line.
