MME events are scheduled to return to Abbotsford, Winnipeg, Moncton

The Metalworking & Manufacturing Expos (MME) are scheduled to return to Tradex in Abbotsford, B.C., on Tuesday, March 29, and to the Victoria Inn Hotel & Convention Centre in Winnipeg on Wednesday, April 20. A return to Moncton is on the calendar again as well, with a visit to the Coliseum scheduled for Tuesday, May 31.

Each of these days is an opportunity to reconnect with industry colleagues and speak one-on-one with vendors and suppliers.

“We’re very excited to be planning for our Metalworking & Manufacturing Expos after a two-year absence. There is a demand for in-person events and our expos fill that need,” said Show Manager Rob Swan. “The size of the MMEs offers a more intimate setting and are a great transition to larger tradeshows as they begin their return in 2022. Our exhibitors are excited to get back out there and meet face-to-face with their customers and prospects.”

The MMEs reach regional manufacturing markets in Canada through a series of one-day tabletop events, bringing the latest information in machine tools, cutting tools, fabricating and welding equipment, metal finishing, quality control, and production automation technologies to traditionally underserved markets.

According to Swan, the health and safety of exhibitors and attendees is a priority, and these events use the guidelines provided by the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) and provincial health departments with respect to COVID-19. Please note that as new information is released, these policies will be updated to reflect the current situation.

These events are sponsored by Elliott Matsuura Canada, Mazak Canada, Renishaw Canada, and TRUMPF Canada.
