REGO-FIX, Whitestown, Ind., has announced the expansion of its Industrial Partnership Program (IPP) with the addition of Charlie Urbaniak as account manager for the Chicago, Ill., area.
In his new position, Urbaniak will work under Bryan Bannister, REGO-FIX IPP Manager Americas, to strengthen ongoing relationships with Machine Tool Builders (MTB) and provide support, assistance, and collaboration with other members of the REGO-FIX team as needed.
“We provide our machine tool builder and cutting tool manufacturer industry partners optimal tool holding and specialized support to meet their customer machining challenges,” Bannister said. “With his commitment to customer support and building relationships, Charlie is a great addition to our team and will help ensure MTB customers receive the best possible service and assistance.”
Urbaniak brings more than a decade of industry sales experience and technical expertise to the position with a focus on tooling solutions for aerospace, medical and moldmaking manufacturing. He is a graduate of Harper College in Palatine, Illinois.
“I am thrilled to be part of the REGO-FIX team,” Urbaniak said. “While attending college, I held a warehouse position for a machine tool supply company and realized then that I wanted to work in the manufacturing industry. Since that time, I have worked with customers to help them overcome their manufacturing challenges and have built long-term relationships with them.”
