Mitutoyo will display the LH-600EG height gauge, which offers accuracy of (1.1 + 0.6L/600) μm (where L is the height measured in mm).
According to the manufacturer, this accuracy is achieved by using a high-accuracy scale unit and guiding mechanism manufactured in its scale plant.
The unit includes a pneumatic full/semi-floating system that allows adjustment of air-cushion height; a power grip handle; large, colour TFT LCD; and one-key operation for running a semi-automatic measurement.
Basic statistical functions are provided. Additionally, RS-232C/USB data output provides the option of evaluating measurement data externally with SPC software on a PC, as well as data entry from a digimatic tool.
The gauge is available with measuring range (stroke) of 0 to 38 in. (24 in.) with selectable resolution. Display language can be set to a choice of five languages. It also comes standard with Ø5 eccentric probe, probe diameter calibration block, battery, AC adapter, power cable, clear cover, and conveying handle.
