KEYENCE LR-X Series laser sensor detects position changes as small as 0.5 mm

KEYENCE has introduced is LR-X Series laser sensor capable of detecting positioning and is unaffected by colour, surface finish, or shape.
Durability is achieved with its food-grade stainless steel housing (SUS316L), IP65/IP67(IEC60529), and guarded cable. The sensor features an intuitive OLED display.
It can detect position changes as small as 0.5 mm and features automatic and real-time intensity adjustment to ensure stable detection. This allows this sensor to be used in a wide variety of applications, including those with small position changes.
This sensor features the innovative gyro monitor, which immediately alerts users if the sensor is knocked out of alignment.
