Zoller will present systems for tool presetting, measurement, and inspection, like the compact »pomBasic« inspection device and the »venturion« presetting and measuring machine, at WMTS 2017.
Visitors can also follow the whole digital process chain of the TMS Tool Management Solutions software, from CAD/CAM and the »toolOrganizer« smart tool cabinet to the »venturion 450« tool presetter and the machine control.
According to the company, with data consistency from drawing to machined part, using software and the company’s One tool database, shop floors can get ready for Industry 4.0. With a central tool database, virtual and real tool data help ensure the right data is available everywhere and at all times.
