Hermle will be at booth S-8136 in the metal cutting pavilion. They will have machining professionals there to answer any questions.
Hermle’s machining centers are used for efficient machining of tools, molds and in series-produced parts. They are used in numerous production areas, including in particular highly demanding markets such as the medical technology, optical industry, aircraft and automotive industries, tool and mold making and their subcontractors.
This year at IMTS, Hermle will be showing 4 machines.
- C12U- Designed for machining in space sensitive areas, the C12U provides the highest quality 5 axes machining in a compact area. Designed for machining cubic parts weighing up to 100 kg, the C12 works in the most diverse applications compactly, precisely and dynamically. Maximum precision and durability come as standard with all Hermle products.
- C22UP with PW150- A slight bit larger than the C12U, the C22UP is designed for parts weighing up to 300kg and provides a highly dynamic procession of work pieces simultaneously on 5 axes.
- C32U- Designed for machining larger than average products, the C32U is highly coveted in the machining world. Cubic parts weighing up to 1000kg can be machined with top quality precision on 5 axes.
- C42UMT with Siemens control - Dynamic, precise and reliable Hermle’s C42 can provide highly dynamic procession of work pieces up to 1400 kg in weight simultaneously on 5 axes. In particular, materials which are difficult to machine can be milled in record time.
There will also be business representatives at their booth, machine demonstrations, training sessions, technology presentations and a private meeting room.
