The Quick Jaw Change Chuck Advantage

The Quick-Jaw-Change (QJC) power chuck has become the ideal tool for large and small batch production. The QJC chuck allows the machine operator to change the chuck jaws in 1 minute while retaining very high accuracy, conditions not possible when using a standard chuck.  Samchully has increased its range of QJC chucks to include the 20” (500 mm) size.  The QJC sizes from Samchully now include the 6”, 8”,10”, 12”, 15” and 20” sizes, all at very competitive prices.  

The QJC chucks offer you the following advantages:

MCA 3-jaw stationary pneumatic chuck

Samchully will feature the MCA is a 3-jaw stationary pneumatic chuck designed to hold round workpieces in a machining center or mounted on a tombstone.  The most efficient way to hold round workpieces in a milling machine is with a round chuck.  The MCA is a power chuck designed for this type of application, available in 4”, 6”, 8” and 10” sizes.

• The MCA can be used with standard serrated soft or hard jaws or can be fitted with application jaws as required.
• There are threaded holes on the face of the chuck for mounting locators or fixtures.
• The MCA has a standard safety valve system that will prevent workpiece release in the case of a failure of the pneumatic system.
• The MCA has a small through hole that can be used for an air blast for clearing chips off theworkpiece.
• Standard shop air pressure is required to operate the MCA.
• The MCA can be installed on a milling machine and operated separately or multiple chucks can be mounted on a plate and actuated together.

Samchully Workholding is pleased to introduce the new TR-320FF heavy duty 5th axis rotary table. This high capacity 12" rotary table uses high torque motors for both the tilt and turn axes giving this table a 330lbs load capacity, 50% greater than our 10" size table. Powerful hydraulic brakes provide industry leading rigidity for heavy milling cuts and drilling. The included 12.5" faceplate with a 4" + through hole, and optional 4 port rotary coupler allows the TR-320FF to mount many different types of workholding and fixtures.

The TR-320FF maintains an impressive 25 rpm maximum spindle speed for the tilt and turn axes even with its high-load capacity and heavy duty motors, and it boasts exceptional indexing and repeatability accuracy.
