Machining technology creates complex parts
Elliott Matsuura Canada will display VMCs from Matsuura Machinery Corp., including the VX1000 and the VX1500 (shown here). These machines come standard with the Matsuura MAXIA 15,000-RPM spindle. The company also will display horizontal and 5-axis Matsuura technology.
Elliott also will display the Nakamura-Tome WT300 multitasking turning machine, which features two spindles, two turrets, a milling function, and a Y axis on the upper turret.
Also, a Cut e600 EDM from GF Machining Solutions will be shown. This machine has smart, easy-to-use HMI and onboard technologies to streamline job setup, improve cutting speed, and improve surface finish, the company states.
