Timesavers offers new virtual service tool

Timesavers has introduced a new tool to help customers get the technical support they need. TechVision is designed to optimize the operations of the company’s technical phone support department to help ensure the most efficient assistance possible.

To use the tool, customers with strong cell service or Wi-Fi can call the technical phone support team, which will send a link via text. When the user clicks on the link, it opens a video connection between the user’s device and the technician, allowing the user to show the problem directly to the technician and receive guidance to fix the machine.
