Allchem LLC has released an instructional video at www.borniguard.com/product-information.html about the safe, efficient use of its BorNiGuard ceramic antispatter. The aerosolized ceramic coating provides extreme-temperature protection to help extend tool life and reduce machine downtime.
The spray can be applied to welding fixtures, jigs, cutting tips, fixtures, and table slats. According to the company, one spray coating will protect for six to eight hours of heavy welding and cutting. Because molten metal will not stick to ceramic, the coating allows for cleaner continuous welds and long consumable life.
