Visual Quality Inspection from Schuler compares parts to templates to find defects

Schuler has developed a camera-based system called Visual Quality Inspection that automatically detects bad parts so that errors in production can be corrected immediately.
The system can be configured with a few mouse clicks. The template is a flawless good part that the operator marks on the computer, a process that takes a few minutes and requires no special knowledge. The system compares all other components to this template and immediately identifies even the slightest deviations.
