Xiris Automation has introduced the XVC-750 weld camera with 140+ dB high dynamic range capability in the near infrared spectrum. Designed for GMAW and GTAW processes, the camera integrates seamlessly with welding automation equipment.
The camera provides a clear, remote view of open arc welding processes during setup or run-time. Its image contrast of the melt pool and cooling weld bead enables advanced machine vision analysis to make precise geometric measurements and to detect defects in the weld process.
Featuring a variety of angled optics configurations, the camera is compatible with different lenses for versatility in many welding applications.
