Superior Radiant Products (SRP) and its sister company IR Energy manufacture infrared products for a variety of industrial and consumer applications. SRP takes care of the industrial and commercial building market. IR Energy serves the outdoor heating market. Qingdao Thermpro Ltd. in Hong Kong and Superior Radiant Products Inc. in Kennesaw, Ga., were established to assist with exports. Nearly 50 percent of production is exported. SRP moved to a larger facility in 2014, initiated lean manufacturing practices, and brought production of high-end outdoor heaters, previously done in China, back to Canada.
